What You'll Do
Lead all health services operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and exceptional resident care
Drive survey readiness and regulatory excellence across the community
Partner with clinical, sales, and operations leaders to support census growth and case mix optimization
Own financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, and A/R oversight
Coach and develop department leaders to deliver results and grow future leaders
Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners
Step in as a key leader of the community, preparing for broader Executive Director responsibilities
What You Bring
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (or ability to obtain/transfer within required timeframe)
Proven leadership experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare operations
Strong understanding of compliance, survey readiness, and regulatory requirements
Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational outcomes
Ability to lead through complexity, drive accountability, and develop high-performing teams
A mindset focused on growth, ownership, and stepping into enterprise leadership
