What You'll Do
- Ensure resident satisfaction through quality care and hospitality.
- Market home care and wellness programs to residents.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed.
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage home care and nursing staff.
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.
- Ensure 24/7 access to nursing and home care services.
What You'll Bring
- Registered Nurse, as required by the state.
- Three years of experience as a nurse with two years' administrative/supervisory experience in home health or community health.
- Public Health Nursing certification, if required.
- Leadership experience in home care, nursing services, or healthcare management.
- Strong clinical knowledge and care planning expertise.
- Understanding of compliance, regulations, and policy development.
