ONBOARDING

This is where you’ll launch your Lifespace journey! It’s your first step into the exciting world of Lifespace, where you will learn in a one-day facilitator-led orientation all about Living Lifespace through our mission, vision, core values, and service model. You’ll also get to know more about your community, the services they offer, and the remarkable individuals who call it home – our residents! Upon completion of this course, you will get access to your Learner Mobile learning platform, where you will earn your Orientation Certification!

TRAINING

Level up your skills and unleash your full potential! Onboard and immerse yourself in your role through a blend of online courses, videos, and hands-on job shadowing. Enhance and refine your skills by learning how to apply our service model and provide best-in-class resident experiences.
